Bujinkan Britain is now able to offer clubs that are members, their own email address that can be forwarded to any email address provided by the club to allow people to contact the club easily. It also means that it does not matter if your own email address for the club changes, ie from Hotmail to MSN etc, as the forwarding address can be easily changed.

It may be now possible to give webmail accounts to the clublocationdojo@bujinkan.org.uk accounts instead of forwarding the email. Please email me with any queries email@bujinkan.org.uk . These accounts include virus checking.

the format for the club email address is : clublocationdojo@bujinkan.org.uk

for example :    southcroydondojo@bujinkan.org.uk & midkentdojo@bujinkan.org.uk  see current addresses section.

To obtain this email address, the club must be registered with BujinkanBritain and the instructor a current individual and instructor member of our insurance program. Finally the BBMACO secretary must have an uptodate  Group Training Form. The email address can then be forwarded to your own email address, or to a nominated member of the club (i.e. club secretary etc).

 You may obtain individual membership by downloading the membership form.

 To obtain an instructors insurance form, email the BBMACO secretary.

 To obtain a Group Training Form download the GroupTrainingForm. Please email the completed form to the secretary.

To register the Email address

One you have satisfied the above criteria, all you need to do is email email@bujinkan.org.uk with the following information.

1. Details of the club, i.e. the full name of the club and the instructors details.

2. required email name. (without spaces)

 examples are :

southcroydondojo@bujinkan.org.uk & midkentdojo@bujinkan.org.uk

 please specify a specific location that is not too big ! i.e. not LondonDojo as there are many clubs in London. If you have any queries just ask by emailing email@bujinkan.org.uk
